A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful rooms in a quiet but central location and very close to Grand Canal. Staff were very helpful and made you feel very welcome.

The room was a nice size, the bed was very clean, appreciated it. Location: the hotel was really close to several main tourist sites such as San Marco and the Accademia, and Venice in the 3rd weekend in July when Venice has the Festa del Redentore- lots of beautiful fireworks😀❤

Our group had a blast exploring nearby spots like the iconic Rialto Bridge and the fine St Mark's Basilica. The location was great, just a short walk to the main attractions. We loved the lovely courtyard for breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for our needs!
One issue we faced was that the air conditioning unit in our room made a loud clicking noise at night, which disrupted our sleep. It would have been nice if this could have been resolved .

Great location, 100 yards from the Valporetta stop. Easy walk to St Marks square and several nice local restaurants. Small hotel with super friendly staff.

I have no words to describe how nice, kind and gentle the hotel staff is. The hotel is owned by a charming couple which is always there. Also, the front desk lady (sorry for not calling you by your name) is a WONDERFUL person, always there for you. The same applies for the Philippine gentleman. We really felt like home on the hotel. Location is perfect, 20 steps from Vaporetto. Decor is elegant, classic, but very modern on the backstage. I certainly recommend this Hotel for its value, charm, decor and friendliness of the staff.
I loved everything!

Charming Stay in the Heart of Venice
Charming little spot with a lovely quaint atmosphere. The staff welcomed us warmly and were accommodating, allowing an early check-in. Enjoyed a good continental breakfast every morning. The location made exploring Venice easy, just a short walk from the water taxi and key sites. Perfect for a couple's getaway!

The room was clean, bright, large and modern, redone with climate control, beautiful windows and key cards. The staff could not have been nicer and the location was fantastic, central to everything but in a small quiet neighborhood.
The wifi was not working properly in the apt rooms next door to the main hotel. By simply putting another router in this area this problem can be remedied. The stone buildings made it just about impossible to pick up a signal from any distance.

The lack of clear arrival instructions is frustrating!!! The air conditioning noise is an absolute nuisance that could easily be fixed!!!

The Owners and staff went out of their way to make our stray in Venice very enjoyable. They offered lots of suggestions on things to see and do that were outside of the high tourist traffic areas.

It was just a great fit for a brief stopover in Venice with value for money. I was surprised to find the bed quite comfortable with various pillows to choose from. Remember to check the door code after 6pm to avoid being locked out.

Loved the grand decor and the comfy bed. There's a lovely garden area to unwind in after a busy day exploring. A cozy lounge to kick back and relax. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a small letdown ☕

Staff excellent - very friendly and extremely helpful. Very good advice on what to do, where to eat etc Took advice and all lived up to expectations. Beautifully furnished - atmosphere of traditional Venetian house. Loved artwork and sculptures. Would definitely recommend.
Only slight negative comment was that there was nowhere to have a drink but we arrived late and as it was our anniversary and they brought a bottle of cava to our room.
